Non existent service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Used carlicence a couple of times in the past and the service was ok, BUT done my online renewal 29 Nov and sent all the necessary documents as requested on the same day. We are now on the 21st of December and still no licence disc. They do not respond to emails or even read the whatsapp messages that I've sent over the last 2 weeks, nothing. I’m now stuck with a car without a valid license and we want to go on holiday…
