No Refund in 2 Months

Kindly note that it's been over 2 months and no renewal was received. The metro police stopped me and wanted to pull the old disk off.. I was forced to go the licencing department and pay another R1 300 for the disc, as they told me they can't trace the payment made to you guys when I showed them the proof of payment. I therefore require a refund which was paid over to you at the Shoprite till point.To date i have not received my refund!!
