No printing of licence disc i suspect this is a ****

Hi,

My experience is horrible and only if I've checked them on Hellopeter before using their service i was gonna stick to the standing the long que at the licensing department or Post office. What they have on their status review for tracking the progress is opposite to what is happening. There is no sense of emergency or concern for motorist's reality they have to face on the street driving with expired disc. I was told that i can go to the traffic department and get it printed for myself as the money is paid already but they are unable to provide me with a proof of payment.
