If no one responds to my emails today (29/03/2022) I am going to open a ***** case against this company. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails, y’all can’t do this people. Caxton.zendesk, you better respond to my emails because I need my disc ASAP. I going to go the law route if this is not fixed immediately.
I made a mistake by not going to the Post office as I usually do.
I would advise people never to use carlicence.co.za when renewing their license discs.

Kindly note your refund was processed 30 Mar 2022 14:23:18 through Payfast and the money will be reversed into the account you used to pay us. Payfast has their own refund process if i am not mistaken can take 3 days to be reversed into your account. We will email you proof of refund from our side that we have processed this
