Motor Vehicle Licence Renewal - Disaster
This is the worst company ever to deal with. We have started the process to renew our Motor vehicle license on the 19th of December 2022. It is now the 25th of January 2023 and we have not receive our renewal yet. Every time you do an inquiry, they inform you that they are working on it and then they close your case. At this moment and time we are desperate because our licence expired at the end of December 2022 and we are past the grace period as well. We are driving without a licence and we can'not even phone them because their lines are down. We don't know what to do anymore. If you need your licence to be renewed in time I suggest that you don't make use of this company because you might be driving without one for quite a while.

From receiving correct documents to dispatching with courier took 13 working days. Our turn around time in the MP province is 7-15 working days so we did process your disc in the correct time.
