I really thought this was a great concept!

I was surprised here, my first license renewal went perfectly, so I thought I would have my second vehicles license renewed the same way - well its been four months and no license, the block was sorted out as requested and I was advised that my license was ready to delivery, that was more than a month ago and still no license, you cant talk to anyone, the customer service on email is so ambiguous they probably don't know what is happening - all in all a very clever concept but has left me reeling and very dissapointed.
