Empty promises (5-10 working days)

App**** for license disc renewal via Caxton six weeks ago for my two vehicles. Until today no disc. Have requested a refund since last week, nothing is happening. I now have 2x traffic fines for not renewing my disc R800 each, license penalties, and block. Useless!. I will take them to court. Why not refund me? Keep sending smses that a refund is being processed. Is the refund also takes 30 calendar day to process? Or is this a joke??????????????
