DO NOT USE THEY DNT DELIVER ON SERVICE !!!
DO NOT USE CARLICENCE!!!
I app**** for my wife's car licensce disc renewal with CarLicence about 3 months ago till date we havent received any delivery for the service paid. But a bunch of excuses all the time from CarLicence saying "We have escalated the matter and have escalated with the Dept plus can not say when the car disc will be delivered". ***!!! for 3months!!
This is possibly the worst service providers or should I say non providers. To think that we once used their service and was happy for a speedy delivery but this time around we have lost all hope and NEVER AGAIN will we require their services.
All we want is a our refund at this point!!
As per consumer law - If CarLicence cnt provide the service paid for then a refund is legally due to the customer.
My sincere apologies for the delay in getting your renewal - I have been in touch with our CPT agent and will have your disc tomorrow by 1pm at the latest. I have tried to contact you on your cell but unfortunately could not get hold of you.
I will send you a mail and will send you a soft copy of the disc once I receive it tomorrow.
