I app**** for the renewal of my license disc. I was advised the turn around time was 10 to 15 days however after waiting for more than a month i eventually joined the long line at the licensing office for 5 hours and purchased the disc mysel. I requested a refund 3 weeks lago of which I have not yet recieved. Whenever I query i am told it's being processed.
