Carlicense (dot) coza: FAIL.
Most might think that being recommended, (even if in an advertorial/ infomercial) by Caxton Press, one would likely feel safe, trusting potential suppliers promises, especially in an online offer. Not so in Carlicensedotcoza's case. Although their ad boldly states: "Simple; Fast and Convenient", the Simple and Convenient may indeed be true but the Fast, ("3 to 8 days") is completely false, in my own case it was five weeks. leading to many days of wondering if it was actually a ****, it wasn't, but not for lack of trying. FAIL.

We do apologize for the delay with your renewal. We are in unprecedent times with reduced staff compliments at the department which has caused a backlog with vehicle licence renewals. This is certainly not our usual turn around time with renewals.
