Carlicence.co.za a pointless service

I app**** for my license disc two months ago, after waiting 7 weeks with the excuse from carlicence that theres a backlog at the licensing dept. I went and got it myself having to pay the late penalties as well, your local post office does it. No queues. Now I'm trying to get a refund out of carlicence with no joy, there favourite saying is "I apologize for the inconvenience " I also blame FNB for having this absolutely useless service on their banking app.
