Carlicence not a great service experience.

I would not recommend carlicence.co.za The quickest part is the payment gateway, after that it is downhill. Mostly lack of good context based feedback and communication.

It appears as if their is disconnect between the business and the user from from the emails I received. I could not get them to answer their phone.

Thier courier service is definitely not the one they advertise on the site as I could not trace my tracking number. You have to drag any information out of them when you're disk is blocked. They will blame the dept for issues, which we know is problematic. Yet, the services are rendered to the client, not from the depts side.

Maybe the services was great in the past. If you use them and some will: make sure your renew before any penalties are incurred. Otherwise you will have a harrowing experience.
