CarLicence is a ****!!!

At the beginning of July 2024 I paid for 3 car license discs and have had no feedback. Tel *** is discontinued but still on web site - email addresses provided do not respond - ***, ***, *** and have tried c****rvice and get the run around as they are the holding address from what I understand and refuse to give me a contact number.
