CarLicence delays/ Useless

I have been waiting for my new car disc for weeks now, payment was made on 30 September using FNB app and almost a month later I have not received my disc. All I keep getting is a sms saying the processing is taking longer than usual. I have tried on numerous occasions to call the contact center but I am kept on hold for a long time and never get to speak to an agent
