CarLicence delays
I have been waiting for my new car disc for weeks now, payment was made on 9 October and almost a month later I have not received my disc. All I keep getting is a sms saying the processing is taking longer than usual. I have tried on numerous occasions to call the contact center but I am kept on hold for a long time and never get to speak to an agent

02 Nov 2020, 10:47Thank you for a quick response. I just received a message saying that my disc has been dispatched and is on its way including a tracking number for the courier.
