Car License Renewals

I use Car Licence for my license disc renewal....on the site when renewing it, it stated 5-10 working days for Gauteng. I paid and renewed my license on the 26th of October 2022. I thought well I have the 21 days grace period and I will receive my license on time. My brother received his in 5 days, so no problem. So today it's the 24th of November and no license disc...I was reminded by the lady on the phone that it's my responsibility to make sure my disc is up to date. Fair enough....but why say on the website 5-10 working days if it takes up to a month???? So R500.00 fine later....phone call to Car Licence and still no license disc.
