Pathetic Hospital !

This hospital if i can be called that is the worst hospital i have ever been to. It is so dirty and the staff is so rude. The doctor is totally useless and does not help. My mother was brought into casualty after being in a car accident. We found her with a bed full of blood (which me and my brother cleaned up our selves for hygienic reasons). Her head was open at the back with quite a big cut,it was defnintely not taken care off. She cried that her whole body was in a lot of pain,yet no painkillers/medicine was given to her. After the 3rd time i asked the doctor they gave her some painkillers,i was chasing after the doctor for hours to get assistance. I waited to see the xray results for a very long duration,after i can clearly see the file and xrays of my mom just laying in the office.Still no assistance. The staff working here is not qualified at all ! They have no love/passion for their job and are clearly only here to recieve a paycheck. How can people treat patients so poorly in a place where they ought to recieve medical care ? Please can someone look into this hospital and get these things sorted out,it is not safe or fit for patients. This incident happened on 17 Aug 2025 Sunday. I only post this now out of fear of my mom being treated even worse while se is still at the hospital.
