Gates and welding work

<p>Please be very careful if dealing with this person, he takes your deposits on gates ordered and then will not return calls, emails or messages, when you try and reach him, he's a con artist. He sent me an invoice, i paid him the deposit on the 14th Jan 16, and have had no joy from him, i've asked him to refund my deposit and still no word from him.</p>
