What a nightmare, they are quick to take your details process your charges, rent out the car, BUT then that's where everything goes pear shape.

You think your deposit will be released, but NO you R7000 in the red and NO accountability from Carisma, the bank gets blamed and the one bank blames Carisma the other bank blames the other. This is how you are sent from post to pillar it's been 2 and a half weeks after Carisma said the funds will be released after 72 hours, so I'm R7000 in the red and running circles. Carisma should ensure they have procedures in place to return customer deposits timeously.
