Poor communication

Poor communication and poor service delivery when we had to cancel our wedding due to Covid-19. Carin was the ONLY one of our wedding suppliers that did not reply to any of our emails and had to be called eventually for a response. We are not bothered about the lack of refund on our deposit, which was small, we are so frustrated about the absolutely shocking lack of communication and empathy. A response to our emails was all that was necessary. Very unprofessional.
