Private Tax Practitioner - Bad Service!

I paid a deposit to Carien for assistance doing my tax returns for the year. She was delayed in her communication with me by email and so I had to continuously prompt her for assistance by WhatsApp. When I decided to no longer make use of her services, and provide reason why - she was tremendously rude to me and refused to give me back my deposit despite the fact that nowhere did she stipulate it was non-refundable. She was highly insulting and I do not recommend her to anyone!
