Disgusting service
I have travelled the world and this has to be the most disrespectful, disgusting managers I have dealt with. Talking down to people of colour. There is definitely a ****** issue here. They ruined our Christmas and now today our new year. They treat people like animals. No respect. I will never come back to this place or recommend to anyone. We have to children wHo are on retalin and 2 grandparents and an adult who are on medication. They have caused medical issues within my family. I am disgusted, hurt and disappointed that people still treat others in this manner.

Accommodation establishments everywhere in the world have reservation regulations, specifically concerning the number of people that a room / chalet can accommodate. Check in and check out times also form part of these regulations, enabling a seamless operation for the establishment.
Regrettably, management intervention was necessary during your check in process, as your group was larger than what the reservation confirmation stated. Alternate accommodation was arranged to accommodate your group, even though this was peak time and Christmas day.
Management intervention was also necessary during your check out, as you insisted on not adhering to the specified times. All late departures impact on the next clients ability of being able to enjoy what they have paid for.
