Waiting 2 weeks

I am absolutely disgusted in the service I am getting from Cargo Motors Bedfordview as well as Mitsubishi head office. It is 2 weeks today that I am waiting for head office to approve wheel bearings for my car. My vehicle has been in 3 times for them to sort out a noise which the workshop haven`t been able to sort out so I`m hoping it is in fact the wheel bearings. David in customer services from Mitsubishi head office doesn`t even have the decency to phone back. Every time I speak to him he promises to get back to me. I`m still waiting. Disgusted with the service to say the very least!!!!
