****** ITEMS FROM SERVICING

To Whom It May Concern:<br> <br> I took my car to Mercedes benz M2 City for the first time for servicing seeing that its closer to my home. This was on the 05th of april.<br> <br> They replaced the front and back breakpads which cost me R4000.00. Ok, I then collected my vehicle in the afternoon and drove to park it in my garage. The following day as I was preparing to collect someone from the airport, I noticed the centercap on one of my wheels (mags) missing from the car and the two valve caps have been swapped to black ones.<br> <br> I called the service advisor known to me as Thembi. The lady was soo rude, I can't even begin to explain my dismay.<br> <br> When I spoke to her, she said she'll check with the guys who repaired the car to ask them whether at any point they had to remove the center caps...???? I don't know if its her lack of education/training on Mercedes Benz or she was just being plain rude.<br> <br> The first time I take my car to M2 city, the first time I write to HelloPeter in 5 years since I've had the car. Its not even the repair work done on the car, its because items were ******. This is too disappointing.<br> <br> To think I had planned to buy a car from there too..No way!!!
