Service report request
I booked my mercedes with Cargo motors Springs for them to put my vehicle on their machine to find a problem. The vehice doesn't want to start. They phoned me with what the machine picked up what the problem could be. I don't have the funds to repair it now so I collected the vehicle. After a few phone calls and even visiting the branch to collect a report on their finding they can not give me what I request. They come with all kind of stories. All I want is my vehicle report on what they have done. Apparently it is filled! Do you have or do you even take records or reports on the work that you do on the vehicles?
