Poor after sale Service at M2 City

Purchasing my Merc was on of my greatest personal achievement until I had to take it for service and other issues at M2 City. The service really sucks. I will give one or two examples. I took my car in for brake pads change and ever since then I have been living with a screeching sound on the rear wheel. I complained and no one gave me attention. Last week I took the same car in for service and reported the same screeching sound. when I fetched my car I was told that the sound was due to the underneath covers (sic) guess what, the sound is still on. the calls we get for feedback are also useless cos no one responds to them. My experience in driving a MERC is not what I envisaged. Albert Nel, Fatima, Gugu, Romeen etc are a bunch of useless service providers....Somehow I also sense some subtle ****** at this dealership
