pathetic service,bad quality of motor vehicles

Lost of car accessories ( no spare keys,no owner's manual,service and log books. No first aid kit). No returning of calls,it took 2 weeks to register the car on my name. The car never went for a quality check as promised and which I paid for! They did not pay my money back for the quality check which I paid when I purchased the car. The manager at the branch does not resolve my problem and keeps on telling me that they will come back to me, which never happens. When I went to fetch my car after purchasing the car was not even clean. ( it was not washed and vacuumed)This car was advertised with 13000 km on the OD, but this car has 15000 km on the OD meter.
