Pathetic Service

I booked my C Class in on 06 Feb 2015, as the hand brakes was feeling quite faulty, I just bought the car 2 weeks ago, 40k mileage on the car. The guys took my car in at 8am, and only said its done at 3pm for such a small job. I used the car that afternoon just to find that the hand brakes are now totally not working. I took my car for a second roadworthy that afternoon, and it failed for a 2nd time now and now i will have to pay for a 3rd road worthy test. This is unacceptable. My car is so unsafe now and I need to use to to drive far today. What kind of service is this? I was told Cargo Motors Bedfordview was the best. They also didnt fix the bonnet which isnt catching properly when you close it, which is something i mentioned to them, and my fan/AC as well. So disappointed!!!
