Pathetic client care

I booked my car in for a service a week ago with Cargo Motors and the car went in this morning at 08:00am. I got 2 confirmation sms on the booking. I was promised someone will contact me with regards to the work conducted on the vehicle and most importantly arrange transport in order for me to collect my car. <br> <br> I had to call this company 5 times today to find out about my car and the transport. Needless to say that I am writing this at the office past 5pm, and I still I need to pick up my child at day care by 17:30pm. It is pathetic for me to run after a dealership to contact me on work they need to do, I am even more worried if the work was done up to standard since client care is clearly not on top of their agenda. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know, and probably will never trust them.
