NO SPARE KEYS RECEIVED !!!

Hi Bought a Mercedez Benz A class from Cargo Motors Klerksdorp 9 months ago, the sales person Fikile engaged with me and was pushy to get the deal done, eventually I got my car with only one key, he said he would get the spare key to me very soon after they delivered the car, for months I had to make contact with him to get an update, he always had an excuse, and blamed it on the previous dealership, eventually after 6 months they directed me to Bedfordview Cargo motors to meet up with a person named Rene to scan my car, I went there during a business they at my own expense and time, for 2 hours i had to wait for them and to scan my car to order the key, they said they'll let me know when it is ready, its now been 6 months!!!!!! still no contact from anybody for collection, now Fikile tells me we have to do it all over again! this is the worst service I've ever received from any car dealership
