No response from Sales Advisor - 0/10 service!

<p>I visited Cargo Motors for advice on trading in my current Sedan for a SUV. The sales person, Zain Bhabha, took all my details, requested my OTP from Wesbank to access details ie.outstanding capital balance, etc., did a full inspection of my car ( extra accessories, rims, interior, etc) and promised that he would get back to me the same day (29th Dec 2016). Today (3rd Jan 2017), I messaged him and he still hasn't responded. Very disappointed in the service since Mercedes Benz strives in obtaining 10/10. If a final answer couldn't be given, at keep me in the loop as to the current status and when I can expect feedback.</p>
