Lack of any service delivery and comunication

A while back I encountered a problem with my Jeep Cherokee CRD's airbags indication lights and some other repairs required. <br> <br> The vehicle was taken to Cargo Motors for said repairs, the car stood their for four days.<br> On the fourth day I contacted their service department to find out what the progress was on my Jeep and if I cant come to collect it.<br> After witch they told me that their is still a problem with their airbag diagnostic equipment .<br> I asked them about the other repairs that needed to be done as well but their reply was that nothing thus far has been done on the Jeep. <br> Their excuse was that they need the actual report from the AA, but the report was in the vehicle.<br> I contacted the service manager and Emailed him the report.<br> Up to date I have spoken to him on several occasions, but still waiting any response or information regarding the state of my vehicle.<br> <br> For more than a month I have been driving with a airbag warning light.<br> <br> On previous occasion that my vehicle was sent in for normal service periods, they forgot to put back the headlights wiring cables. <br> <br> Is that the kind of service we must accept from a well known dealer in South Africa
