INABILITY TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR A FAULT.

On Sunday 14 Feb 2016, when starting my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) it started to make a funny sound. Sounds like the starter or something is finished. Monday 15 Feb, I booked the car at Mercurius Polokwane & they said I can bring it in on Wednesday 17 Feb 2016. I was helped by Mr. Mohammed who is a service agent. Around lunch time he called & said there is an electrical fault on the car but they are still checking it. At 16h00 i called to check the car & he said the Foreman says there is a problem with the wiring & they have to keep the car overnight. Thursday afternoon he tells me the car will only go into the workshop at 15h00 because they prioritized cars that were coming in for service on the day, they don't have enough technicians & they are still keeping the car overnight they won't finish. I couldn't get a courtesy car as I was on a waiting list and it's long. Friday 19 Feb they said I can pick up the car as it is fixed. It didn't make the funny sound at that time probably because they left the engine running for long. Monday 22 Feb, I took it back. Today 23 Feb, I am told it's the key battery that's finished have to replace batteries, which i did. Problem still not solved.
