Immensely disappointed w/ Cargo Motors Bedfordview

I saw a vehicle advertised online. I contacted Cargo Motors Bedfordview and spoke to Mr Thapelo who advised me that the vehicle in question was sold, however he took my details down. The next day he called me and advised me that the vehicle was now available. Mr Raul, the sales manager contacted me the next day to negotiate pricing and conclude the deal however I was not satisfied with the trade-in value of my vehicle. Mr Raul asked me to take my vehicle to a dealer in Durban so that the dealer can scrutinize my vehicle and report back to Raul, which I gladly did. I had not received a call from Raul or Thapelo after having taking my car to the dealer. I decided to give Raul a call who advised me that he was busy with a client however he stated that he did he advise Thapelo to call me. Raul promised to call me in an hour. 24 hours passed and still no call. I called Raul again the next day who was once again busy. He promised to call in 30min, he never called. I called Thapelo after 3 days who was busy was promised to call me back, i enquired about the vehicle and was told it that was sold a few days back. What type of pathetic service is this?
