Despicable Service MERCEDES BENZ BEDFORDVIEW

My 2020 GLE which is less than 55 KMs experienced a mechanical fault with its air con pump 4 weeks ago and I checked in with Mercedes Benz Service Centre in Bedfordview, to this day I’m still awaiting a part from Germany and every time I’m told that it is delayed by two weeks, at this rate I’m no longer sure if the part will ever arrive.

To make matters worse, my service provider (Lappies Labuschagne) has gone mute and is hardly ever communicative at all. He always promises to revert back and just never does. This is the worst service Iv ever received in my entire lifetime.

Mercedes Benz couldn’t even organise a courtesy car to use whilst they kept my car at their centre. I was told that I had to pay exorbitant monies (excess) for a mechanical fault not of my making. Over 4 weeks with no functional car and a part which is not arriving couples with a horrible service provider.
