Change in attitude

I don't understand ,I have my Mercedes for 6 years now never had a problem with the the car or service ,for 4 years Cargo took me home and collected me the after noon ,but since last year they do not want to collect you the after noon ?This year I was forced to service my car some ware else ,Should you now pay for a uber on top of the expensive service ?
