Cargo Motors Bedfordview problems with Jeep Grand Cherokee repairs and refusal to fix my car

I had taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Cargo Motors Bedfordview for a repair in November 2018 as there was a problem with the car losing power and sometimes cutting off while driving or being unable to start the engine completely. This problem was not consistent. The car was booked in and fully diagnosed by the technicians through the service advisor as having an issue with water pipe and the steering wheel machinery; as per their service advisor, that was the cause of the car losing power. The car was with them for 4 weeks; after repairs and regular service that was done on my car, within a week, the same problem occurred and the dealership came to tow the vehicle. They kept it for another 4 weeks of which I was told that they were still checking what the problem was. I was then told that it was now a battery issue and an alternator which after a serious argument with the Dealer Principal, the service advisor and service manager; I agreed to pay for the additional repairs which were now escalated to over R100k. I collected the car and drove it for 3 days and the same problem of the car losing power and the ignition not starting reoccurred after they have fixed it twice and having kept in for 2 months. When collecting the car for the second time; I was told that they were now certain as opposed to last time that they had found the problem with the car and that the car was fixed and perfect. On my way home from driving the car; the car had a terrible sound that was never there before and I sent them an email informing them as it was on a Friday afternoon and the service department closed. I called them and they came to tow my car and gave me a courtesy car since January 2019 till now on 15 May 2019. We have had several meetings with them which were not fruitful and I still don't have my car and was told that they had called in an electrician specialist from Jeep South Africa to assist with the car fault and I have to pay again for the 3rd time of which I refused as I had already paid twice an amount which is over R100k for the car problem that was still there. The dealer principal told me to escalate him to the motor industry ombudsman and my lawyers and the meeting ended in an unpleasant manner. I want my car fixed or be reimbursed the amount that I had paid for so that I can take it somewhere else.
