Poor Workmanship / Job not completed as agreed

Dropped my trailer off at Cargo Tarp and Net on 22 Sept 2015 after discussing what i required with both Kyle and Morgan ***ner).<br> Morgan promised to make it as i requested.Job was to take 1-2 days. Agreed price approx R1800. <br> On Friday Kyle called me to say Quote now over R5000.00 and would be ready Monday only(6 Days). I agreed to price change on condition i get it Friday (3 days) and it is done correctly. On arriving to collect it Friday evening the rear door opening was to small , no corner re-inforcement was done as Morgan promised and velcro strips poorly fitted.<br> As i needed my trailer i had to pay 75% of bill before leaving. Kyle agreed to repair defects but why did he allow this poor workmanship in first place. I requested a meeting with Morgan {as he made the promises} in person to resolve this issue but he has apparently been unavailable since then. This companies word does not mean much.
