Highly Disappointed with Support Local

Support Local - that's what they tell us. But then you get the local service!!!! I have been buying from this store for years. And if you know or have bought from this store before you would know that they are not cheap. I had purchased a Feather Down Duvet Inner in King size from them in August 2020 and because I could not wash it (covid protocols) I did not use it up until December 2020. However earlier this year I noticed that it was not fitting my king size cover properly (Cover also from Cargo Store). Due to covid I did not take it back until regulations eased. However by then the 6months was up. Still the store over the counter Ladies asked me to bring it in for them to check it out. So I did. Only to be told that it is not a King size but rather a Queen. Even though I had paid for King, they say they can not do anything.
