Worse service in "Sheep's clothing"

04 January 2023 my partner and I bought second hand vehicle at Cargo Mortos Klerksdorp, It's a Kia Dealership. We were warmly assisted by an old man by name Tony and Marcus the manager.

We drove in it with him in town mind you it's a SMOOTH tar road and it felt like a car we'd go for that's within our budget.

But the Veh still had to be taken for roadworthy process and be Serviced. We did paper work and were told it must still go in for roadworthy process, still haven't received that certificate. Well we received our car. Left as Happy customer after being told how helpful they'll be, that we can call if we experience anything off on the car, that they understand customer become a client to them, togetherness spirit, all nice words

2weeks later we started hearing offish sound it's like is coming from underneath the car. Mind you, we stay in the location, roads there AREN'T AS SMOOTH as where bought it. We informed Toni the old man. He told us but roadworthy process was done. We told him it's too early to hear such and are aware is Second hand but it just came from Service and others checks.

He said to bring it in. We did and car remained by them cause we were getting for work.

LONG STORY SHORT, THEY CLAIM NOT HAVE HEARD THE SOUND OR TRUE they did not BECAUSE THEY TEST IT ON SMOOTH ROAD.

Unfortunately for me, because I NEEDED THE VEHICLE to go to work daily and work commitments kept me away for sometime until I felt that IF I DON'T FIX IT, IT'S OUR LIVES AT RISK...

A week ago I tried to reach out for the last time after MAZDA DEALERSHIP gave me quote of R4000 TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY CLAIM TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY ME, til now Marcus the manager still left me hanging with, "will see how we can help". It's already 5 months, made peace they won't help.
