Cargo motors klerksdorp, pathetic service

I have a few issues here,

My father has a Grey Hyundai staria that has been at Cargo for a month. Previously we had a White staria too stand there for longer than a month. They said the problem with the first one was the diesel we put in wasnt correct which made no sense as we dont fill diesel at shady places Than they said There is no parts. Also, we were told we put the wrong diesel and later nothing about that.

If Hyundai, Cargo and Motus cant get parts, we should be issued a courtesy car. My dad has another Staria he used and now it too is doing the same thing and hence the issue isn’t the diesel. I previously had an issue with my wifes Fuso truck too. Also, we used to service my dads CLS there and there were issues too and we don’t service at Cargo anymore and we requested a vat invoice for the service with company details and till now we have not received it as well

I purchased my Kia Carnival at Cargo/Motus. I can tell you even to call for an appointment is a tragedy.

Than another issue is we swiped for soemthing at cargo motors with a card and they said it wasnt succesfuul so we did it again and when we checked our bank statement we were debited twice to which we requested a refund so long ago and till now we have received nothing

The service at Cargo/Motus is terrible and their entire showroom, service ad admin departments needs to be called out ASAP as we have alone over 5 issues here,
