Unsatisfactory
I saw a 2013 Hyundai Accent vehicle on the dealership Facebook page. I enquired about the car and a day later I got a call from the sales person. I asked if the vehicle is still available and he said "yes", we agreed I'll come view the vehicle which I did go. I liked what I saw, we asked him if we took the car on cash will the dealership fix the mini things and he said "yes it's they duty to give the customer a car in good condition", they also had a reputation to keep. We also asked if we asked for a discount can they do that and he said he'll with his manager he will send me an email. The following day I got an email from the sales person telling me that his manager has agreed on the discount and how much it will be, and that if we purchase the vehicle on a discount nothing will be fixed. I later rep**** and told him we gone take the vehicle on cash and can everything be fixed (tryes, dents etc) and he agreed. He told me nothing can be on the car until I make payment and which I did, and sent the proof of payment. I kept calling him to check on the progress of the car, he didn't bother to call to notify me if they had received the money as he promised he will or how far the vehicle is. On Tuesday the 12th of November 2019, we were told the vehicle is ready to be viewed. We want to see it, the dents were fixed not all, the tryes were not changed we were told they were declared road worthy by AA. We asked him about the car warranty again like we did on the 1st time, he told us it's with the car. On my surprise yesterday I get a call about an additional amount I need to pay for the warranty, not at any stage we were told we need to pay any extras for the vehicle. The sales person not on 1 occasion but more than 2 told us we gone take the vehicle with the warranty. I'm not satisfied with the sale person, manager and the tryes that can not be fixed.
