Cargo Commercial *********** staff can;t manage simple booking for repairs

I made a booking to have my Vito repaired on TUES 9 Sep 2025. I explained that I would like to have an appointment on a SAT due to my work commitments. The person I spoke to explained that the earliest appointment would be 20 Sep 2025. I was asked to bring the vehicle in earlier so that they could assess what type of repairs were required. When I took the vehicle in on TUES 16 Sep 2025, the person who made the booking claimed that he couldn't remember the appointment until he checked the schedule and acknowledged that he had indeed made the booking for 20 Sep 2025. He then asked me if I was going to leave the vehicle with them as he didn't have a technician available to inspect the vehicle to see what type of repair was required. I declined, saying that that was never discussed with me and that I would rather then book the vehicle in for repairs on 20 Sep as per the original appointment. When I got there on 20 Sep 2025 at 08h00am I was told that there they were not going to working on any non-commercial vehicles on that date. Cargo Commercial wasted my time and didn't have the decency to rectify their mistake or honour the appointment which they had messed up.
