Consultant of Cargo Carriers refusing to help me

Cargo carriers with the phone number ‭(016) ********** ‬ and the consultant is Cobus De Beers i was loging a complain and a claim as one of their trucks bumped on N4 from Mamelodi to Pretoria Botanic Gardens on the 4th of May. Instead of helping me he is rude and favouring the driver he did not even check whether their truck was on N4 on that day and time i said. He keeps on telling me to give him time and drops my call meaning to me my call is not important and he is delaying me my car was in a process of being traded in now i'm stuck. He even said there is a possibility that i'm the one who bumped their truck but i was driving on the yellow line with 40km/hr speed and the truck bumped me while overtaking?
