I have used Carflexi twice now and on both occasions the actual car supplier has debited my credit card and supp**** no back up( invoice) for the debit.. When you query it with the supplier they cannot correlate with the carflexi reservation/ booking number and basically want their own reference number which you don't have because it was on the piece of paper they gave you at the time.. You have no electronic record of any dealings with the supplier, only pathetic car Carflexi that is quick to register your booking and thereafter you are on your own.When you try to contact Car Flexi they never respond anyway . Pathetic customer service company and I don't recommend using them.. Had my fingers burnt twice now
