******* hiding behind red tape and T's and C's

Booked a car online with them (for the same afternoon), paid the down payment of R987, cancelled within 5 minutes of making the booking and they are refusing to refund the R987 because it wasn't cancelled within 48 hours of the collection date (bear in mind the booking was made for same day collection). I cancelled before I I even received their email confirming receipt of the order. In the same email they state that they will let me know once a car is sourced - SO THEY HAD NOT EVEN RESERVED A CAR YET!?! Their representative, "Eugenia K", as helpful as a soup sandwich keeps referring me to their T's and C's and their 48 hour cancellation, which in this case does not apply as the booking was made for the same day and cancelled before they had done anything about it. And then she still says she hopes they can assist me with a car in the future ?!?!?! Whahahahahaha!! Good luck with that. ******* hiding behind red tape and T's and C's
