Stay away

I have recently booked a car rental using them and chose their all risk covered insurance. Upon arrival at the rental location , GoldCar Toulouse airport I was informed by the staff at the rental company that it would be up to me to pay all costs upfront to them, then claim back from Carflexi. Imagine having the car ****** and having to pay for the value of the car upfront and then claiming that money back ??? No one in their right mind would ever do so. A detail Carflexi certainly does not clearly share. I cancelled the contract using their insurance and signed a new rental contract using the car rental company's all risk insurance. Now I am in my 4th week trying to get my money back from Carflexi and getting nowhere.
