**** do not use their service

I strongly believe that this company is a ****. I went online booked a car and paid for it. When I got to bidvest they said they are not affiliated with any middle man making bookings on their behalf. I had to pay again to book out a car. On their site they will even confirm that my booking is made with bidvest and they just said no you paid all that money for nothing. I emailed them to ask how do I get my money back since they not affiliated with bidvest, my email just bounced back. Is their no way that we can be protected from ********** companies like this?
