I feel ****med by carflexi they offer low rates but you better off going to the car hire company direct. When I made a booking a deposit was requested almost 50% At the end of my trip when all refunds process deposit was not returned when I queried this the car hire company never received the deposit so essentially your service fee is almost 50% and they do nothing! Go direct to the car hire company!!
