They deserve a zero rating !!

The most awful company to try and deal with !!! Their quoted price does not match with what they want to charge you !! It's impossible to get a hold of them !! Emails are sent from a noreply email address I booked a car and when I discovered the price difference I cancelled the deal . That in itself was a huge mission which budget finally did. I'm still waiting for the refund of the money they deducted from my credit card . This goes back to 23 April !!! We are now at 9 Maynard still no refund ! Disgusting service
